Collaborative, connected psychotherapy

Welcome! I provide fully virtual, emotion-focused psychotherapy for young adults and adults. As your therapist, I can help you better identify and experience emotions without getting "stuck," anxious, or overwhelmed by them. Just as traumatic experiences can cause lives to change for the worse in mere moments, I believe you can have transformational experiences in therapy that can change your life for the better. By feeling the depth of all emotions in a safe, collaborative space, we can work through defenses, pain, and trauma to improve your relationships with yourself and others.
